Say hello to Semantic Kernel V1.0.1

·

As a Christmas present to all of us SK-fans, the Semantic Kernel team announced the release of SK v1.0.1 for C# just a few days before Christmas.

“With V1.0.1, you can rest assured knowing that you are building on top of stable APIs that won’t break moving forward.”

The blogpost from the SK team includes links to getting started including updated packages and documentation on learn.microsoft.com. The getting started includes a step-by-step guide on how to write your first prompt.

“With Semantic Kernel, we make it incredibly easy to build an agent with a personalized persona that can automatically call plugins using planners or with automated function calling. Once you’ve gotten the basics down, you can then build anything from a simple chatbot, to a fully autonomous agent.”

If you’re already into building solutions using SK, you can read more about the updated pluginsplanners, and personas – and finally you can get the latest about building agents for your AI applications.

My SK sample repos will be updated to v1.0.1 shortly.

Stay awesome!
